I'm so glad you're here. I'm Kari and I have been sharing yoga and movement for over 30 years. It's truly something I love, and I feel grateful to create spaces where people can slow down, take care of themselves, and reconnect with what's most within.

A Gentle Supportive Practice
I offer group classes online and seated classes in retirement communities. Each class is designed to be calming, accessible, and easy to follow - helping you feel more relaxed, present, and at ease in your body. You don't need any experience - just come as you are.

A Caring, Experienced Approach
For 14 years, I worked in a rehabilitation hospital, supporting people through a wide range of physical challenges. This experience continues to guide how I teach - with patience, care, and attention for each individual. ​

A Little About Me
When I'm not teaching, I'm often spending time with my family. I'm a proud Nana to two little granddaughters and being with them is one of my greatest joys. They remind me daily to stay present, open-hearted, and connected to what truly matters - something I gently bring into my classes.
