Gentle Seated Yoga is a calming and accessible practice done entirely from a chair - no standing or floor work required.
This 30-45 min session is thoughtfully designed to help residents gently stretch and awaken the body, quiet the mind, and lift the spirit in a safe and supportive way.
Perfect for seniors of all abilities - including those with limited mobility or balance concerns - this class offers a peaceful and inclusive experience that meets participants where they are.
Each session begins with simple breath work, followed by movements for the spine and limbs to support circulation, flexibility, and energy flow. Near the end of the class, there's time for guided relaxation to help participants rest, reset, and feel deeply restored.
