What is Reiki?
"Rei" means Spiritual Wisdom and "Ki" means Life Energy.
Reiki is an energy that flows through the Reiki practitioner hands, eyes, breath or intention. It creates a calming affect on the client which promotes healing.
It is an ancient Japanese healing technique discovered by Usui Sensei.
Over the 30 years I have been practicing Reiki it has evolved. I have noticed the energy becoming more potent and gracious. Many thanks to William Lee Rand who has brought in Holy Fire®lll Reiki.
